Carlos Santana, the guitarist, asked his girlfriend Cindy Blackman to marry him, while they were performing onstage. Cindy said yes and they sealed their commitment with a kiss as the crowd encouraged. Santana and Blackman, a drummer in the same band, were praised on by the large crowd of fans. Santana and Blackman will always remember Tinley Park, Illinois, as a special venue where they first got engaged.
